Accessibility statement

This site targets WCAG 2.2 level AA throughout. That is the whole site, not the templates that were convenient to fix.

Every colour pair in the palette was computed against WCAG 2.2 before any screen was drawn. Body copy is Teal on white or white on Teal, both 12.30:1. Mint sits on Teal only. Tangerine is a button fill carrying Teal text, never Tangerine text on a light surface.

Two pairings the brand toolkit presents as approved do not pass, and are not used anywhere: Mint on Jade scores 2.32:1 and Tangerine on white scores 1.87:1. Jade is used as a display surface for large type only, never behind body copy.

Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring: Tangerine on dark surfaces, Teal on light, 2px with a 2px offset. A skip link is the first focusable element on every page.

Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels. Animation and transitions are reduced to near-zero when the operating system asks for reduced motion.

The EPC band is given as text as well as colour. Availability, price changes and slot states are all stated in words, never by colour alone.

• The map is drawn schematically. A live build replaces it with a tiled basemap, and the list view remains the accessible equivalent of everything the map shows.
• DIA and Nantes are substituted with Archivo and Playfair Display pending web licensing. Metrics will be re-checked when the real faces land.
• This statement has not yet been through an independent audit. It reflects the build, not a third-party test.
